Who We Are
Katharine White,, M.S., RN, CS, CPHQ,, President
of Healthcare Renaissance Consulting, learned leadership unconventionally.
Continually being promoted to stretch positions, often without
seeking promotion, she learned quickly the strategy of getting
strong as a leader through a strategic coaching process she
has coined the LeadStrong™ method. As a 32 year veteran
in health care, a former hospital nursing/Patient Care V.P.,
VP of Quality Management, and Sr.VP of Organizational Development,
she realized her own leadership renaissance. Formerly adjunct
faculty at Northeastern University, Boston University, Boston
and University of Rhode Island, adult learning principles
are part of her leadership strength. A master’s level
clinical specialist in psychiatric nursing for 25 years,
she is highly trained and experienced to facilitate behavioral
change in systems and individuals. From experiences gleaned
from industries including health care, real estate, retail,
financial services, insurance and the academic settings,
Katharine utilizes her unique background to forge strategic
partnerships with clients who “fast track” to
their chosen outcomes while balancing work with personal
life.
We partner with organizations and executives utilizing a
depth of experience in the areas of strategic planning, tactical
implementation, organizational and leadership assessment,
executive coaching, and transformational change.
